Major part of the programme shall be completed online via the Course Management System Model. The participants will also get easy access to the Institute’s e–library and relevant databases for online study material, video recordings etc. All assignments and course activities will be submitted electronically to the course instructor.
Six weeks’ intensive on-campus Teaching – Learning sessions and field visits.
At the beginning of the course each participant shall under the supervision of the faculty and carryout a project on one of the contemporary issues in Cooperative Management at their respective work place. However, submission of dissertation report will be held during 10 weeks subsequent to completion of 26 weeks schedule of the programme.
Project(Optional Courses)
To gain deeper understanding and insights in the select optional course, each participant shall undertake a mini project based on desk research/field study under the guidance of faculty mentor during on campus sessions. This desk research will be inter-disciplinary based on the emerging issues in cooperatives and allied sectors during their on-campus training at VAMNICOM.
VAMNICOM has adopted field visits as a value-added learning method for PGDCBM participants. The Institute will arrange field visits to a few co-operatives working in diversified sectors, so as to provide them with the real insight of working procedure and hands on experience.

Evaluation
The evaluation system of the programme is based on following two components: • Concurrent Evaluation in the form of assignments and quizzes which will be conducted through online mode. • End Term Examinations.
